Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering, 10+ years touch display R&D experience. 12+ intellectual property patent projects, including product hardware structure, software testing, electronic integration, etc.
Responsible for the early stage of product engineering, technical research and product development according to product drawings, production processes, etc., make samples that meet the requirements.
Responsible for converting drawings into actual products, prototype design and testing, and using various tools and techniques to evaluate and verify the product's functions, performance, and quality.
Provide technical support and solutions during the product development process. Answer customers' technical questions and provide suggestions and plans to ensure the success of products in actual applications.
Daming Photonics has established a full-process cleanroom production system covering "R&D - Manufacturing - Quality Control", possessing automated production lines for GG, GFF, PMMA, and full lamination touchscreens, as well as fully automated production lines for TFT and IN-CELL displays. Product sizes range from 0.96 to 55 inches, with a monthly production capacity of 1.5 million units (1.5KK) and 98% satisfaction rate for mainstream sizes and processes, being one of the few enterprises in the industry that possesses all—displays, touchscreens, and full lamination—and has achieved a complete production chain.
Our factory is equipped with a large number of automated devices, which possess high-precision control and detection capabilities. These devices can ensure that the products meet the quality standards during the highly efficient production process.
